These terms govern your use of the KeVinci Presets website and your purchase of any digital products (presets, effects, transitions, text presets, and bundles) sold here. By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these terms.
KeVinci Presets sells digital preset files for DaVinci Resolve. Products are delivered electronically via Payhip immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
When you purchase a preset pack, you're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own personal and commercial video projects. You may not:
Payments are processed securely by Payhip and Stripe. KeVinci Presets does not store your card details. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and may include pay-what-you-want options where noted.
Because these are instantly delivered digital goods, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a pack isn't working for you, contact kevin3pm@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
All preset files, cover art, and branding on this site are the property of Prandini Magentic unless otherwise stated. DaVinci Resolve is a trademark of Blackmagic Design; KeVinci Presets is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blackmagic Design.
Products are provided "as is." KeVinci Presets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of these products.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland (Canton of Zürich). Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Winterthur, Switzerland.
